My cousin had her bridal shower there. I am not sure how the food prep was organized. I did see them refilling the water jar. I've never been there the room we had was cute for the occasion

Great spot for studying!! Really good coffee and food too. Also big shoutout to the manager Duncan... he was super friendly and went out of the way to make sure I was comfortable while I was there!!!

Ike Box will always have a special place in my heart. It’s where I went to my very first concert back in high school, and over the years it became a safe space to study, read, or just be. The cozy vibe, local art, and strong sense of community make it feel like home. I love that they have private rooms upstairs you can reserve, outdoor seating, and coffee that’s always delicious and consistent. A true Salem gem.

Pretty darn tasty breakfast sandwiches and pastries! Parking was difficult for a Saturday morning but worth the circling. We stopped by en route down the coast, and it had a local vibe with really cool old town theater decor. Service was a bit slow but we weren’t in a rush, just hungry.

Nice place to have a coffee and a little something to eat. Spending a little time here to get work down is perfect. And when you spend your money here you're also supporting Isaac's Room which is a great organization worthy of your time and attention.

Always friendly staff working and I love the mission of the place. When the space is open for seating inside, theres always a table you can find and it's a dream of such open space and great music. Seasonal specials every few months which is my fav. Love seeing the regulars come together here so often - It really has a community feel inside! Their outdoor tables are perfect on a warm day for talking with friends or reading a book. Blueberry lemon scone is 10/10 and the muffins are just as good!

We visited Salem for a tournament and went to IKE Box for 3 days straight, brining more friends each time. The coffee was phenomenal (the new brown sugar dulce one) as was their new London Fog. I’d asked if it had lavender in it or if I needed to add syrup to it. The gentleman (owner’s son) said it was a newer item and they wanted to make sure it wasn’t too sweet so he asked if I’d try it regular and he’d add lavender if I wanted it. I was also getting a small so it could easily be too sweet. I took his suggestion and alone it was great. I was dying to lavender so he added a half pump and it was perfection. He shared about the organization and history of the building, which was super cool. We were so impressed not just by the quality of food and beverage, but by the quality of people working there. Their organization is helping at risk youth and helping to strengthen to next generation. Fantastic vibes all around. If you’re in Salem, do yourself a favor and stop in. Don’t be in a rush, not because service is slow (they’re very quick) but because you’ll want to sit and enjoy the atmosphere.

Charming and beautiful cafe in downtown Salem. It seems like a repurposed library of sorts but they have made excellent use of this space. There’s plenty of natural lighting during the day. This place really has a nice vibe and reminds me of a college building. Excellent spot for remote work, studying, writing or whatever you are into. The food is also surprising good. I got a mocha and sandwich, they were very well prepared. Highly recommend visiting this place in the morning time
